Warrior
Player guide for the Warrior class: strengths, weak spots, early goals, and useful next steps.
Warrior is a physical frontline class with the strongest progression affinities in core melee weapons and shielding. It is the most straightforward pick for sword/axe/club weapon play, especially if you want defensive progression to keep pace.

Crafting and gathering
Every class can learn the main crafting and gathering skills: fishing, mining, lumberjacking, cooking, alchemy, and blacksmithing. Pick the ones that support your gear, food, potions, or economy goals.
How to build around Warrior
- Pick sword, axe, or club as your main weapon family if you want to lean into the class’s fastest weapon progression.
- Use shielding when survivability matters; Warrior is especially strong at defensive progression.
- Treat magic as an off-plan option. Warrior can use systems that require magic, but its magic progression affinity is the class’s weakest point.
- Distance combat is possible, but it is not where Warrior progresses fastest.
Good early goals
- Keep one primary melee skill focused instead of spreading SP between every weapon type.
- Train shielding naturally while using a shield.
- Watch weight and equipment upgrades, because frontline play usually means carrying heavier gear.
