Information Center and Bestiary

The Information Center is the in-game reference library. Open it when you want to look up a monster, check what an item does, or watch an official Definya video without leaving the game.

Use it alongside World and Exploration overview when you are planning routes, and alongside the Mobs database or Items database when you want searchable data outside the client.

How to open it

Click the Information button in the main menu. The window title is Information Center.

The modal has three tabs:

• Bestiary — hostile monsters and bosses
• Items — the in-game item encyclopedia
• Tutorials — official video guides

You can drag the window by its title bar and close it with the close button or by clicking outside the panel.

Bestiary tab

The bestiary lists combat creatures you may encounter while exploring Definya. Friendly town NPCs and vendors are not shown here; this tab is for monsters and bosses.

Browse and search

• Use Search monsters… to find a creature by name.
• Use the category dropdown to narrow the list:
  • All Monsters
  • Bosses
  • Hostile
  • Neutral
• Open Advanced Filters to filter by level range, creature type, or attack type.

Results appear in a grid. Use pagination at the bottom when the list is long.

Quick preview and full details

On desktop, hover over a monster to see a quick tooltip. Click or tap a monster to open its full entry.

A monster detail page can show:

• Type, Alignment, Attack Type, Range, and Speed
• Stats such as HP, level, and combat skills
• Loot with drop rarity labels such as Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare
• Effects the creature can apply
• Spells some bosses and elites can cast

From a loot row, you can open a linked item to see what that drop is. Use Back to return to the monster list.

Items tab

The Items tab works like an in-game encyclopedia for gear, materials, consumables, and other item types in the game data.

Browse and search

• Use Search items… to find an item by name.
• Open Advanced Filters to filter by Tier (1–5) or Item Type (Weapon, Armor, Consumable, and other categories).

Hover for a quick tooltip on desktop, then click or tap for the full page.

Item detail pages

An item entry can show:

• Type, Subtype, Tier, and Rarity
• Description
• Stats such as weight, stack size, range type, and base price
• Requirements for level or skill when the item has them
• Effects and Equipped Buffs when present
• Dropped By — which monsters can drop the item, with drop rates

The Dropped By section connects the item encyclopedia to the bestiary. If you are farming a specific piece of gear, check which creatures drop it, then look those monsters up in the Bestiary tab.

Tutorials tab

The Tutorials tab lists official Definya video guides. Click a thumbnail to open the video on YouTube in a new tab.

Find the right guide

• Use Search guides… to search by title or description.
• Filter by category such as Tutorial, Combat, Crafting, Mining, Exploration, or General.
• Filter by language such as English or Portuguese.

Guides in your current tutorial language are sorted to the top when possible.

Video categories cover beginner routes, mining guides, crafting and farming topics, and other practical walkthroughs from the official channel.

Watch: the Definya basics guide is a representative English tutorial from the same catalog players see in-game.

Community creator guides

The wiki also embeds selected player-made tutorials from @HoskenTaverna and @AvadaKedabrAGameR where they complement official guides — for example, character creation choices, Druid boss gameplay, starter progression habits, Adventure vs Farming mode, and level 1–40 XP pacing. Information Center vs other help

Definya has several learning paths. They work best together:

The in-game tutorial system includes simple contextual hints and advanced slide tutorials that unlock as your character progresses. Treat those as your primary first-time path. Open the Information Center when you need a reference mid-session — for example, before entering a new hunting area or after picking up an unfamiliar drop.

Practical tips

• Open Bestiary before traveling to a new zone to compare monster levels and attack types.
• Use Items → Dropped By to plan farming targets instead of guessing from memory.
• Keep Tutorials handy for mining, crafting, and beginner routes you have not tried yet.
• If the window shows a loading or error message, close it and try again. Data is fetched when you first open the center each session.
