Class choices & portraits

Choose Warrior, Berserker, Druid, Sorcerer, Rogue or Hunter. Class choice changes your progression and spells; choosing a different appearance does not change your race.

Racial bonuses & tradeoffs

These racial skill modifiers are separate from your class's progression affinities. A negative modifier does not prevent you from learning or using that skill. Every class can pursue crafting and gathering.

Racial spells & level milestones

These spells are exclusive to Vampire characters and are available across all six classes unless a class is listed separately below. Character level alone is not enough: meet the named casting requirement shown in your spellbook, learn the spell, and have enough mana. See Spells and Magic for casting and learning.

SpellCast requirementsWhat it does
Vampire Bat FormLevel 10 + Magic 10Become a bat for 8 seconds: +10% to your class’s primary offensive skill, Dexterity and Speed. Dexterity is boosted only once. You can still attack.
Vampire BloodthirstLevel 10 + Magic 10For 10 seconds, attacks heal you for up to 25% of health damage dealt. Does not heal from damage absorbed by Mana Shield.
Vampire Life DrainLevel 10 + Magic 10Deal Corruption damage to one target and heal for 50% of the health damage actually dealt. Damage absorbed by Mana Shield does not count as health damage.
Mist FormLevel 15 + Magic 5Become invisible for 10 seconds.
Crimson HungerLevel 20 + Magic 5Reduce your attack interval by 30%, but lose 40% Resistance. The base duration is 10–60 seconds, scaling with Magic.
Vampire Dark Knight FormLevel 140 + Magic 1Become a dark knight for 10 seconds: +10% to your class’s primary offensive skill and Resistance.
Vampire Nazgul FormLevel 160 + Magic 1Become a Nazgul for 10 seconds: +20% to your class’s primary offensive skill.
Vampire Fell Beast FormLevel 180 + Magic 1Become a fell beast for 10 seconds: +10% to your class’s primary offensive skill, Dexterity and Speed. Dexterity is boosted only once.
Vampire Vampiric StormLevel 200 + Magic 1Damage enemies in a targeted area. Heal for 50% of actual health damage dealt to the selected primary target only, not every enemy caught in the storm.

Level 25: race & class spells

Each of these spells needs both this race and the matching class, plus the named casting requirement below. They are not shared with your other class choices.

ClassSpellCast requirementsWhat it does
BerserkerBlood FrenzyLevel 25 + Strength 6Reduce your attack interval by 30% and lose 40% Resistance, while gaining Bloodthirst’s attack healing. The frenzy’s duration scales with Dexterity.
WarriorBlood GuardLevel 25 + Strength 8Temporarily raise Resistance and Magic Resistance by 20–60%, scaling with Strength, and instantly heal yourself.
SorcererBlood NovaLevel 25 + Magic 1Damage enemies in a targeted area and heal for 50% of the actual health damage dealt to each target. Unlike Vampire Vampiric Storm, the healing is not limited to the primary target.
RogueCrimson DaggerLevel 25 + Magic 5Throw a magical dagger that deals Corruption damage, causes Bleeding and heals you from actual health damage dealt.
DruidCrimson SanctuaryLevel 25 + Magic 10Raise nearby players’ Resistance and Magic Resistance, including your own, then damage eligible enemies around you and heal from their actual health loss.
HunterLeeching VolleyLevel 25 + Magic 7Damage enemies in a targeted area, cause Bleeding and heal from actual health damage dealt.

Important limitations

Life-steal recovery depends on actual health damage dealt, not the attack’s displayed potential. Vampire Vampiric Storm heals from the primary target only; the Sorcerer-only Blood Nova heals from each eligible target. Crimson Hunger reduces your attack interval by 30% but lowers Resistance by 40%. Forms are temporary, not permanent appearance unlocks.
